- Avoid blood-thinning supplements (aspirin, fish oil, vitamin E) for 5–7 days before injection treatments
- Stay well-hydrated in the 48 hours before your appointment — hydrated skin bruises less
- Do not consume alcohol for 24 hours before treatment
- Inform your doctor of any eyelid surgery history, eye conditions, or medications
- Arrive without eye makeup or contact lenses
After Your Treatment
- Sleep face-up for the first night to allow swelling to settle naturally
- Apply gentle cold compresses (wrapped in cloth) to the under-eye area for 10 minutes, 3 times in the first 12 hours
- Avoid rubbing or pressing the under-eye area for 2 weeks after filler
- Keep the area moisturised with a gentle, fragrance-free eye cream
- Wear SPF 50+ daily — sun exposure worsens pigmentation and degrades filler faster
