How It Works
Consultation & Skin Analysis
Your doctor assesses your skin and hair type, discusses your goals, and creates a personalised treatment plan with realistic expectations.
Preparation
You shave the treatment area 24 hours before. The skin is cleansed and a cooling gel is applied. Protective eyewear is provided.
Laser Treatment
The handpiece is applied to the skin, delivering pulses of laser energy. The built-in cooling system ensures comfort throughout the session.
Post-Treatment Care
A soothing lotion is applied. You receive detailed aftercare instructions. Your next appointment is scheduled 4–6 weeks later.

Pre & Post Treatment Care
Before Your Treatment
- Shave the treatment area 24 hours before your appointment
- Do not wax, thread, or use epilators for 4 weeks before treatment
- Avoid sun exposure and tanning for 2 weeks before treatment
- Do not use retinoids, AHAs, or BHAs for 1 week before treatment
- Arrive with clean, product-free skin — no makeup, oils, or creams
- Stay well-hydrated in the days leading up to your appointment
After Your Treatment
- Apply the soothing lotion provided for 3–5 days after treatment
- Avoid sun exposure and apply SPF 50+ daily for 2 weeks post-treatment
- No hot baths, saunas, or steam rooms for 48 hours
- Do not exfoliate the treated area for 1 week
- Expect some redness and sensitivity — this is normal and subsides in 24–48 hours
- Shedding of treated hair is normal and expected over 2–3 weeks post-session

Yes — our tri-wavelength diode laser (755nm + 808nm + 1064nm) is specifically designed to safely treat all skin tones including South Asian complexions. The 1064nm Nd:YAG wavelength is ideal for darker skin. Our MBBS-certified doctors customise settings for every patient.
