How It Works
Pre-Peel Prep
Your skin is cleansed and degreased. A pre-peel solution may be applied to ensure even penetration.
Peel Application
The chemical solution is applied evenly to the skin. You may feel mild tingling, warmth, or brief stinging as the acid works.
Neutralisation
After the appropriate dwell time, the peel is neutralised and removed. A soothing mask and calming serum are applied.
Aftercare & Reveal
Detailed aftercare instructions are provided. As the skin sheds over the following days, fresh, brighter skin is revealed underneath.

Before Your Treatment
- Stop using retinoids and strong exfoliating acids 1 week before treatment
- Avoid waxing and threading the treatment area for 2 weeks before
- Do not have recent sun exposure or active sunburn
- Inform your doctor of any skin conditions, medications, or recent treatments
- Arrive with clean, product-free skin
After Your Treatment
- Apply the prescribed healing cream or balm as directed — do not skip
- Do not pick, peel, or rub the treated skin — let it shed naturally
- Apply SPF 50+ every morning without exception throughout the peeling process
- Avoid sun exposure as much as possible for 2 weeks post-peel
- Keep the skin well moisturised with the prescribed gentle moisturiser
- Avoid gym, swimming, and heat treatments until peeling is complete

Peels are classified by depth: superficial peels (glycolic, lactic acid) treat the outermost skin layer with no downtime; medium peels (TCA) penetrate deeper for more significant results with 3–5 days recovery; deep peels (phenol) are for severe sun damage and require more recovery.
