Clear Aligners
Straighten your teeth discreetly with custom clear aligners. Virtually invisible, removable, and designed entirely around your lifestyle. See your digital result before you begin.
What Is It?
Straighten Your Smile — Without Anyone Knowing
Clear aligners are a series of custom-fabricated, transparent plastic trays that gently guide your teeth into their ideal positions over time. Each set of aligners is worn for 1–2 weeks, progressively moving specific teeth in precise increments until your smile transformation is complete.
At House of Aesthetics, we begin every aligner case with a full 3D digital scan of your teeth and a computerised treatment simulation — showing you exactly how your smile will look at the end of treatment before you commit to a single tray. This digital preview is one of the most compelling aspects of modern aligner therapy.
Our BDS dentist Dr. Nida Ahsan supervises every aligner case with regular monitoring visits to ensure treatment is progressing as planned. Unlike taking impressions from a phone photo and mailing aligners to your home, clinical supervision is essential for safe and effective tooth movement, particularly for more complex cases.

Pre & Post Treatment Care
Before Your Treatment
- Have any cavities, gum disease, or active dental issues treated before starting aligner treatment
- Schedule a dental cleaning before your first set of aligners for the best starting point
- Stock up on aligner cleaning tablets or crystals — clean aligners must be maintained throughout treatment
- Invest in a small travel toothbrush kit to carry for brushing after meals before reinserting aligners
- Discuss your lifestyle and work schedule honestly — your dentist can advise if aligners suit your compliance profile
After Your Treatment
- Wear your retainer consistently as prescribed — nightly long-term to prevent relapse
- Continue brushing and flossing meticulously — aligner treatment creates ideal conditions for your final result to shine
- Attend your 6-monthly dental check-ups throughout and after treatment
- Keep your last set of aligners — they can sometimes serve as a temporary retainer if your permanent one is lost
- Contact your dentist immediately if an aligner feels unusually tight or uncomfortable — minor refinements are a normal part of the process
Common Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
At House of Aesthetics, clear aligner treatment for minor corrections starts from PKR 1,50,000, while comprehensive full-arch treatment starts from PKR 4,50,000. The cost depends on the complexity of your case — the number of aligners needed and the extent of tooth movement required. A full digital treatment simulation is shown at consultation so you can see the expected result before committing. All monitoring visits throughout treatment are included in the package price.
Treatment duration varies from 3 to 18 months depending on the severity of misalignment. Minor crowding or spacing issues can be resolved in 3–6 months. Moderate cases typically take 6–12 months. More complex bite and alignment issues may require 12–18 months. Each aligner tray is typically worn for 1–2 weeks before progressing to the next set. Your dentist will give you a specific timeline estimate at your digital consultation.
For mild to moderate misalignment, crowding, spacing, and many bite issues, clear aligners deliver results comparable to traditional fixed braces — with the significant advantages of being virtually invisible, removable, and more comfortable. For very complex cases involving significant vertical movement, large rotations, or severe bite problems, traditional braces may still be more appropriate. Your dentist will honestly assess whether aligners can achieve your desired result.
Clear aligners must be worn for 20–22 hours per day to achieve the planned tooth movements on schedule. They are removed only for eating, drinking (anything other than water), and brushing and flossing. Consistent wear is critical — wearing aligners for fewer hours than prescribed will slow or compromise treatment. This compliance requirement is the main difference from fixed braces, which work continuously.
Clear aligners typically cause significantly less discomfort than traditional metal braces. When you change to a new aligner tray, you may feel mild pressure and tightness for 1–3 days as the teeth begin moving to their new position. This is normal and indicates the treatment is working. Over-the-counter pain relief manages any discomfort effectively. There are no sharp metal brackets or wires to cause mouth irritation.
Yes — because aligners are removable, you can eat and drink anything you like during treatment. Simply remove your aligners before meals, eat freely, then brush your teeth and rinse the aligners before putting them back in. This is one of the biggest lifestyle advantages over fixed braces, which require avoiding hard and sticky foods throughout treatment.
Yes — wearing a retainer after aligner treatment is essential. Teeth have a natural tendency to shift back toward their original position after orthodontic treatment (a process called relapse). Fixed lingual retainers (bonded to the back of the teeth) and/or removable night retainers are prescribed after treatment completion. Consistent retainer use protects your investment and keeps your smile straight for life.
You are likely a good candidate if you have mild to moderate crowding, spacing, or bite issues and are committed to wearing the aligners for 20–22 hours per day. Adults and older teenagers are ideal candidates. Clear aligners are less suitable for young children (still-growing jaws), very severe bite problems, patients with certain types of dental work (large bridges, multiple crowns), or patients who cannot commit to the wear schedule. A digital consultation with your dentist will give you a definitive assessment.
Our Standard of Care
Every Procedure. Every Time. A Qualified Doctor.
In Pakistan, many aesthetic and dental clinics use unqualified technicians for procedures that legally and ethically require a doctor. At House of Aesthetics, that is not how we operate — and never will be.
MBBS & BDS Qualified Only
Every aesthetic and dental procedure is performed by a doctor holding a recognised medical degree — MBBS for skin and aesthetic treatments, BDS for all dental work. No exceptions.
PMC Registered
All our doctors are registered with the Pakistan Medical Commission. You can verify their credentials. We are a regulated practice, not a beauty salon with a medical name.
Doctor-Assessed, Doctor-Treated
Your treatment plan is designed by the doctor who examines you — not a sales consultant, not a coordinator. The same qualified professional who assesses you performs your treatment.
Our clinical team holds qualifications from University of Health Sciences Lahore, King Edward Medical University, and Cardiff University (UK) — with 17+ combined years of clinical experience.
